Each eyeshadow comes in a small , elegant and designer box , with a mirror and a brush.  I received two, one in bottle green color (which will go very well with ebony skin) and the other, in midnight blue color . Question of taste, I have a clear preference for the latter because, it is dark and very bright. It is self-sufficient.
These eyeshadows, of fine texture, powdery and silky are very easy to spread. Even if you have two left hands, you will not be able to miss your shot. Applied dry with a brush, I obtain a sustained natural effect and revealing radiance , which lasts for hours and hours. For an intense satin or metallic finish, the True Colors Paris professional advice is to wet the brush with water before applying (I haven't tried it yet).
In summary, I would say that to be Elec'Tric , they are the eyeshadows ofTrue Colors !
