NATURAL SHEA BUTTER - Benefits

THE BENEFITS OF NATURAL SHEA BUTTER

Since I rediscovered the many benefits of 100% natural shea butter , now I can't do without it. Therefore, I try to find all the organic brands that use Shea butter as the main component with extraordinary virtues for the body, hair and face.

Back to basics.

A friend brought me from Senegal a huge jar of pure, authentic Shea butter, 100% natural, unrefined. In short, rough formwork. This shea butter was collected immediately after its extraction, hence its pale yellow color and its slightly marked odor (which evaporates within a few minutes on contact with the skin). This makes it a natural product rich in active principles ( unsaponifiables and vitamins A, D, E, F ). And it clashes!

Results:

A hydrated skin, protected from the sun (during this almost scorching summer period), a tanned complexion.

Disadvantages of Beauty Product:

The somewhat "tough" (even harsh) texture of shea butter means that it is very laborious to apply all over the body. It takes an average of 25 minutes! In addition, shea butter sticks a little for a few hours. But, the results are so fabulous that it's a lesser worry.

The house tip by Expert of Online fashion Store:

For better penetration, I mix (for several seconds) in the palm of my hand the Shea butter with my usual moisturizing balm until the texture becomes supple. Then, I apply it only on the parts the texture becomes flexible. Then, I apply it only on the dry parts of the body. This shea pot that was brought to me from Africa is sopowerful, that it remains on my hands and indirectly the other parts of the body also benefit from it.

To conclude.

Shea butter adapts to the four seasons of the year. And that's good !

However, if you are not lucky that a good soul will bring back shea butter directly extracted from its land of origin, I have another solution. Why not buy Cattier Organic Shea Butter, certified by ECOCERT near you? This shea butter has certainly been refined* (first neutralized to eliminate fatty acids likely to oxidize, then deodorized to remove the smell of shea, and finally discolored to obtain a white butter) but, the ingredients are all from organic farming ( the Butyrospermum Parki which is the botanical name of shea). The advantage is that Cattier Shea Butter, once warmed in the hands, melts quickly and can be applied alone without any other device on the body. However, there is nothing to prevent it from being used in conjunction with a milk or balm.

On the retail side.

The Nutritional and Repairing Shea Butter Balm that Mixa offers is tempting. I bought it out of curiosity. It would be inaccurate to say that it does not nourish the skin. However, what about Shea (despite the mention on the jar of: "  concentrated in pure Shea * ")? The smell of the balm undoubtedly recalls that of the usual creams in the range and, it's a shame. In addition, the texture is fluid and too sanitized. It remains an industrial product, manufactured and sold on a large scale on supermarket shelves, unusable for the hair and even less for the lips. This balm nevertheless remains relatively correct for the body.
